Holly Simmons, BSPharm, RPh, PRS, CEO and Founder of Cultivate The People Consulting, has 25+ years of experience in the home infusion/specialty pharmacy industry.  She has a broad and varied professional pharmacy and leadership background.  She has served in leadership roles with Access Home Care, Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, HomeChoice Partners, Innovatix and BioCARE / CanyonCARE Rx.  Additionally, she founded Impact Solutions Group, which provided innovative pharmacy operations and technology consulting services, as well as employee development training.  Holly also served as a Contract Pharmacy Surveyor for the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) & Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB).

As Vice President, Infusion Pharmacy Services for Innovatix (New York, NY, 2008-2016), a Group Purchasing Organization, now owned by Premier, Inc., she led the National Infusion Vertical Field Sales Team, generating new business and calling on a customer base that included home infusion, retail, mail order, and specialty pharmacies, as well as home medical equipment providers, ambulatory infusion centers, and physician offices.  During her tenure at both Innovatix and BioCARE, Holly worked with all levels of customer procurement and management staff, including C-suite and Directors of Pharmacy, with a focus on innovative ways to provide member savings, and enhance procurement contract offerings and services.  She chaired the Innovatix Infusion/Specialty Non-Pharma Customer Advisory Board, as well as represented Innovatix on the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) Future of Infusion Advisory Council (FIAC) Board. 

During 2002-2008, Holly was President/CEO/Owner of Impact Solutions Group, providing consulting services for infusion and hospital pharmacies in the areas of general operations, USP <797> compliance, aseptic technique, software evaluation, selection and implementation, and ACHC accreditation survey preparation.  

Holly is passionate about aseptic technique, as well as efficient pharmacy operations, and has authored several articles focusing on USP <797> compliance and accreditation survey preparation.   She was a faculty member for the APEx Aseptic Technique training program held in Bethlehem, PA and is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia / Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Pharmacy (Richmond, VA).  Holly is a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) and a Certified Pharmacy Regulatory Specialist (PRS).  She is a member of the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA), and a member of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS).  Additionally, she is a Gerson Lehrman Goup (GLG) Council Member.
